Meet The Team

Winona  Flower is our Office Manager and has been with this office for 38 years, working in the dental field for 39 years. She is mainly in the Front office, and lends a hand in the back office and assisting when needed. She is very knowledgeable of dental insurance issues and is always ready to help with any insurance concerns or questions. Her smile and contagious laugh helps keep this office upbeat.

In her free time she is very active with her church, Roadhouse Biker Church and enjoys riding her 2006 Harley Davidson Heritage Soft tail Classic, named “Cherokee Rose”.

Winona has 2 daughters, Sarah and Rebecca and 4 wonderful grandchildren. Audrey, Anais, Roman and Diego are the apples of her eyes. She resides in Rialto with her 19 year old orange tabby cat, Leo.

Diane Julian is our Dental Assistant and has been with this office for 11 years, working in the dental field for 13 years. She truly loves her job and her patients. She loves helping them with their smiles.

Diane resides is Redlands and has 2 children, Joshua and Tracie. She has 4 grandchildren, Lance; Ashlynn, Emma, and Olivia. Diane’s grandson just recently graduated from Redlands East Valley High School and will be starting college in the fall. Her oldest granddaughter, Ashlynn will be graduating from High School in 2020.

Tracie is our newest member of the team. She has been helping out in the front office off and on for about 2 years. She is now training to become our second dental assistant. 
She is the mother of 2; Lance, 18, who just graduated from high school 2019 and Ashlynn, who is a senior this year, is busy on the swimming team for Redlands East Valley High School plans to continue swimming for a college team after graduation.
Tracie enjoys spending time with her kids, family and friends. She is very excited to be part of Team Meyer.
